How to Make It

- Cook the noodles according to the package, adding the broccoli for the last 2 minutes; drain.
- Whisk the soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, broth, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat and cook the beef strips 3 to 4 minutes until browned and no longer pink.
- Pour in the sauce and simmer 2 minutes until it thickens and coats the beef.
- Add the drained noodles and broccoli and toss 1 to 2 minutes until everything is glossy and hot.

Start about 30 minutes out; thin beef cooks in minutes once the pan is hot.

- T-minus 16: sear the beef on high heat
- T-minus 6: add sauce and noodles, toss, and serve
